that address differentiated instruction, program assessment, and how to improve student performance. We will workl with individual
teachers, literacy coaches, and school based learning communities.
Consultant and Founder
Gladys Melendez is a professional development consultant and a highly respected educator. She has 35 years
of experience teaching at all levels including college education courses. She has developed curriculum and authored didactic
materials. She has developed and presented workshops in the areas of content area reading strategies, differentiated instruction
and bilingual education. She has received several distinguished awards for her work with children. She is the recipient of
several national grants to implement innovative and best practices across the curriculum.
Our consultants specialize in curriculum and professional development with a focus on literacy and language
arts. We prepare reading registers to motivate reluctant readers.
